The staff were helpful, room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

It's not in the best location, and it is quite a walk to anywhere of note. The elevator is very loud and woke us up every time someone used it in the night.

Good location for Lisbon

Very clean hotel and rooms, great location for exploring Lisbon, nice breakfast, staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Room was pretty compact and balcony was good but the A/C unit fan was blowing at the direction of the seats, made it uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel placed in a calm neighbourhood close to the metro Anjos which facilitates access to the centre and all touristic locations. Easy to access from the airport and the trains station (Santa Apolonia). Very good breakfast offer.

My room was at the 6th floor, but the elevator goes to the 5th, so I had to go via stairs. With heavy luggage, not that practical.

Wonderful

Nice small hotel,very friendly reception staff Especially Daniello,he was so friendly and helpful, he had a big smile and greeted us every time we passed reception. . A short walk to the metro .

The room was very small,you couldn't open the cupboard doors completely as the bed was so close to them.

Excellent restpoint to explore the city !

location was excellent, 5 minute walk to metro, in 10 minutes we were in the centre of town. We did not take breakfast at the hotel as there are enough other possibilities at local bakeries,... Staff was very helpfull and friendly!

The hotel has 2 small lifts, not ideal, but do-able.

Pleasant stay in a hotel not far from central area

Good location, not far away from the metro station. Quiet street, commerce, terraces in the area. Polite staff

The room is to small even for a 3 stars hotel. with insufficient places for personal belongings. The rooms terrace, facing west was unusable after 3 p.m.. Breakfast basic , without variety .

Very kind and helpfull staff, clean room, nice bathroom, location was good near metro just 2 stops from the downtown, balcony

Air condition was wery weak so it was really warm in the afternoon and we had to sleep with balcony door opened during the night I think it was the smallest hotel room we have ever booked. As it was last minute choice and we used it just to sleep there and didn't spent any time during the day there, it was ok

Excellent little boutique hotel

Charming little boutique hotel; staff were excellent and very helpful and professional; even recommended an excellent resto for Portuguese food which we truly enjoyed - Portugalia and had bacalao ala bras, excellent dish!

Main elevator did not work when we arrived so had to carry our luggage to our 1st and 3rd floor rooms; cramped elevators though expected of many European hotels

We had a fabulous stay at Duplo Charm Boutique. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfy. We had lovely breakfast every morning and a lovely selection was available. The hotel is very close to the metro line. We would stay here again if in Lisbon.

It was nice, pleasant and a good experience!

The stuff, the breakfast, the fact that towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned daily, the fact that it was smocking friendly with an ashtray on the balcony, the position/ the neighbourhood!

The room was trully tiny, I had a big mirror on the wall but no mirror on the makeup desk. No magnifying mirror in the bathoom, not enough storrage place in the bathroom.

It was good for one night

Teeny-tiny room, but it had everything we need. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfectly clean sheets and towels, as well as the bathroom. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

The air conditioner worked, but not good enough. The sweet smell of fragrance in the room was a bit annoying. The breakfast was not impressive, but we were able to find something for ourselves there.
